Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, PNC Centre at One North Franklin features 36 stories of Class A office space. The building was completed in 1991 and offers 617,592 square feet of office and retail space. Located in the heart of Chicago’s Central Business District, PNC Centre’s dramatically lit twin beacons, each 2 ½ stories high, can be appreciated from miles around.

One North Franklin is leased and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas (Illinois), L.P. One North Franklin is LEED Gold certified and ENERGY Star certified.
